Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Showingly platform. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If using for an organization, you represent authority to bind that entity.
2. Description of Service
Showingly provides a brokerage management platform including CRM, transactions, commissions, and client portals on a subscription basis.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for credential security and all activity.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
4. Subscription and Payment
- Billed monthly or annually in advance.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to violate laws, infringe rights, or attempt unauthorized access. Reverse engineering or reselling is prohibited.
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of Customer Data. You grant us a license to process it solely to provide the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and all content created by us are owned by the Company and protected by law.
8. Warranties and Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING A CLAIM.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
